Powermarks
This company asked us for a usability review. They already had a pretty clean site, so
it only took us three hours to review it and send them a few dozen recommendations for
changes in particular, put a screenshot of their product high enough on the home
page that a visitor could see the top of it, and be inspired to scroll down.
The site designer wrote this back to us: "Damn you are good. Some of what
you said I already knew because I actually did the pages, but I am surprised someone
picked up on all those things."
They made the changes, and sales rose.
